Snowman with Felt Flowers Banner for Winter, January Garland Home Decoration

This is the newest addition to my felt flowers line of banners.

This felt banner features large white felt snowmen with blue bouquets of felt flowers on them in navy, periwinkle, baby blue, teal, and white. The ribbons have snowflakes on them and accents include pom poms and pearls. It is string on light blue and white striped bakers twine and accented with snowflakes*.

Banners can be hung just about anyplace! Try your fireplace mantel, over a doorway, hanging off a shelf, across a wreath, or just plain flat on the wall.
