This is a felt flag banner that is about 6 inches tall and 4 feet wide. It is bigger than my other clotheslines.

This felt garland allows me to feature handcut felt pieces depicted in a scene, giving you the festive vibes of Mardi Gras on Bourbon Street. The center flag has a king cake with yellow, purple, green, and white icing, a fleur de lis button and even a 3D plastic baby. The flag to the left has a jester hat with mini metal green bells and an enticing alcoholic beverage. the flag on the far left has a theatrical mask, saxophone, and treble clef button. The flag to the right of center has a street light and street sign reading Bourbon Street with fireworks overhead. Lastly, the flag on the far right features a green mascerade mask with yellow feather and green beads.
